The concept behind this work is nostalgia and resurfacing a timeline of the land we are standing on. The UAE has gone through many of stages until it reached this moment in time, every stage was and still is beautiful. The ostrich egg was utilized because it is tangible and fragile, however the nest underneath is the opposite and is fulfilling the missing parts of the egg. It is a representation of strength, light and protection. The way our father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan protected us and made us who we are today.
